So Much To Be Thankful For!
This week at Casserly House we have been lucky to be reminded of all the things we have to be thankful for. On Sunday, our wonderful friends from the E5 police department took some of our After School Program students to the movies and to get some delicious pizza. We had so much fun!
On Tuesday, some of our ESOL students attended the Our Shared Table luncheon with the Massachusetts Immigrant and Refugee Advocacy Coalition. We heard from inspiring speakers and enjoyed fellowship with others working for immigrants in Massachusetts.
Finally, on Tuesday we celebrated our annual Thanksgiving prayer service. Our ASP students shared what they are grateful for and helped our grown-up guests complete paper gratitude chains. We are thankful for our wonderful community - our students, our friends, and our city!
