Longtime friend of Casserly House, BPD Officer Nora Baston, delivered turkeys and meals!
Marcia, Adina, and Patty representing Casserly House at the Sarah Roberts Elementary School Giving Fair — sharing our programs, resources, and support with the community. So grateful for the connections made!
Casserly House was the intermediary for the generous gift of 20 turkeys complete with all the trimmings. Our immigrant neighbors and adult learners were so very grateful, more than one offering thanks to God for a meal for their family tables.
Special appreciation to the Saint Vincent de Paul Society of Holy Name Catholic Parish in West Roxbury. Also, meals were unexpectedly offered at the Sarah Roberts Elementary School Givings Fair. Year after year, we are so grateful for our friends at the Boston Police Department District E5 who deliver turkeys with all the trimmings (E5 Community Service Officers together with West Roxbury Business & Professional Association, Parkway Community YMCA, ETHOS-Age Well, Rose’s Bounty, and Saint Vincent de Paul Society).
Happy Thanksgiving! May abundant blessings be yours!
