On April 23rd, a group of middle school-aged children enjoyed a guided trip to the Arnold Arboretum. This was a chance to connect with nature and engage in the incredible diversity of trees and plants from around the world.
Thanks to our wonderful guides, we learned fascinating facts about magnolias, lilacs, and other blooming trees while strolling through peaceful pathways surrounded by spring’s colorful display. Along the way, with excitement and curiosity, participants asked questions, shared stories, and charted their discoveries.
Whether assembling baskets or walking among the trees, we are grateful for every opportunity to grow together and strengthen our community. Thanks to our dedicated volunteers, neighbors, and collaborators who make Casserly House a vibrant place. We’re excited for all that’s to come this spring!
