This week our students worked and played hard! Tuesday was a snow day for Boston Public Schools, so Casserly House followed suite and the After School Program was canceled for the afternoon. Then, on Wednesday we had a Game Zoom instead of tutoring! We had a scavenger hunt and played two truths and a lie and a “zoom in” game. It was fun to laugh and chat with the kids.
The students also had successful tutoring on Monday and Thursday. Tutors are being asked to discuss goal setting with the kids, and some of the goals our students have include studying more, reading more books and to become President! We are proud of the ASP students and all of the hard work they’ve put in in the new year. Next week is February break for the students, which means no school or tutoring! We hope the students have a nice week of relaxing and having fun. We look forward to coming back and learning more with them.
